01What does UA or Unauthorised Authentic mean? Are your products real?

We offer unauthorised authentic (UA) sneakers, clothing, and accessories. This means that they are crafted from the same high-quality materials and feature identical stitching and packaging to their retail counterparts, but they are not licensed or certified as authentic. In short, our products are identical to what you would find in any official retail store, right down to the included accessories and laces. Unlike big brands, we do not limit supply to drive up prices. Instead, we make limited-edition items available to everyone at an affordable price. Our products allow you to own something unique and exclusive that you can wear with confidence, without breaking the bank.

 

02Will I be called out for wearing “fakes”?

We’re excited to say that the answer is a resounding NO! At UAPLG, we’ve spent years building a robust network of streetwear reviewers and sourcing premium materials. We take great pride in ensuring that every element of the items we sell is entirely identical to what you’d find in retail. This includes even the smallest details that shine under light or UV light, as well as the box, soles, zip ties, and everything in between. We’re that good! So, when you shop with us, you can do so with confidence, knowing that you’re getting the real deal.

03Can I resell them on StockX or other similar platforms?

We want to make it clear that the answer is a firm NO. At our company, we aim for perfection and prioritize equal comfort and precision in all of our products. However, we do not and will never condone the reselling of our items for either resell or retail prices. We do not support this kind of activity, and we ask that our customers refrain from doing so. We believe that our items should be enjoyed by those who truly appreciate them, and that’s why we offer them at an affordable price. We hope that you understand our position on this matter and continue to support us in our mission to provide high-quality products at a fair price.

04Why are your prices a little higher than other websites?

The main reason we don’t offer discounts is that all of our prices are based on the costs of production and materials. We don’t mass-produce our products, and instead invest a significant amount of human labor into ensuring that every detail is perfect. We also face the challenge of importing and bidding for liquidating parts of our products each time we sell. However, we’ve been able to overcome these challenges and become the best in the market with the help of our loyal customers like you. We’re grateful for your support and are committed to providing you with the highest quality products at a fair price.

05Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We’re proud to offer shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations to which we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of these areas, we’ll contact you right away to let you know.

06How long does shipping take?

Due to extremely high demand, we dispatch items within 5-10 business days from the day you place your order, although in some cases we’re able to ship even earlier. Rest assured that we’ll notify you via email as soon as your package is dispatched. Please refrain from contacting us regarding your shipping status before 10 business days have passed since the date of your order.

Please note that our shipping facility is closed on weekends. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

07What couriers do you use to ship?

For all of our shipping deliveries, we use trusted carriers such as USPS, EMS, DHL, and FedEx. This ensures that your package arrives as quickly as possible, typically within 3-7 business days worldwide. We always select the fastest and most appropriate shipping method for your order to ensure timely delivery.

08How can I ensure my order is safely shipped to me?

Every item you purchase from us comes with an extra layer of protective packaging. We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and place it inside a sturdy box, so you can be sure that your order will arrive in top-quality condition.

09How do I track my order?

Once you order has been shipped, an automated email will be sent to your email registered upon checkout. In this email, will contain your parcel’s tracking number, as well as the courier used to ship your order. We suggest to track your order directly on the courier’s website or other reliable sites such as 17track.net or aftership.com/track. 

10 My tracking status shows ‘Not Found’ or has not updated. What should I do?

If you see “Not Found” in your tracking status, first check if the courier is correct. You can find your parcel’s courier by referring to the email we sent you containing your tracking information. In case your tracking information hasn’t updated in a timely manner, please note that it might take up to 5 to 7 business days for the information to get updated, particularly if the latest status indicates “Shipping Information Received”. This simply means your parcel is on its way to the courier and will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

11Do I have to pay for customs/import taxes?

Please be aware that customs or import duties may be charged once your package arrives in its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the package, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

To help alleviate some of these charges, we offer Parcel Insurance Coverage upon checkout, we highly encourage all customers to opt for this. By opting for this coverage, we will cover up to 100% of any customs or import taxes that may be charged.

 

However, please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, so we cannot predict what the exact cost will be. To minimize the chances of surprise charges, we do our best to under-declare the product value and deliver parcels in a discreet manner to avoid customs issues.

 

Please also be aware that if you choose not to purchase our Parcel Insurance Coverage, UAPLG is not liable for any customs or import duties that may be incurred.

12What happens if my parcel gets confiscated by customs?

We take great care to ensure that all parcels are delivered safely and efficiently to you. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel is confiscated, please contact us immediately, and our dedicated customer service team will assist you with the next steps.

To avoid any unforeseen circumstances, we encourage our customers to opt for Parcel Insurance Coverage during checkout. With this coverage, you will be insured in the event of lost, damaged, or confiscated parcels. Please note that if you are not covered by our Parcel Insurance Coverage, we cannot be held liable for any confiscated parcels.

13 My tracking status shows ‘Delivered’ but I did not receive anything.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your parcel, it may have been lost or stolen. Please contact us immediately via email, and our customer service team will assist you with the next steps. Please note that if your order is not covered by our Parcel Insurance Coverage, we cannot be held liable for any losses.

We understand that lost or stolen parcels can be frustrating and inconvenient. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to resolve the issue within the parameters of our policies. 

14What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Cryptocurrency, and Paypal (only available when placing a manual order via Telegram or Instagram DM)

15Is my personal information safe with UAPLG?

We are committed to protecting your personal information when you make a purchase through our site. We follow the highest industry standards to ensure the security of your information.

To achieve this, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card information during transmission. SSL is widely used across the internet to securely process data, and it provides the highest level of protection available. Once the transaction is complete, we do not store your credit card information. We use it only to process your purchase and do not keep it on file.

17What is the UAPLG confirmation/order number?

As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation email will include your confirmation/order number.
